Located in downtown Columbia, our center began as a small component of Columbia Addictions Center.  We believed that integrating wellness based principles into substance abuse treatment would help our clients to manage many of the stressors that lead to relapse.  With that in mind, we started our first wellness based class in 2005.  Since then, we have seen that first class develop into an array of wellness services which are open to human resource directors, healthcare providers, and the general public.
